started documenting things around me with a film that almost became a part of the past...
exposed shot of pyper...
well, here is another one of those mistakes that turned out great! ignore the fact that i have Pyper standing in the middle of the road. the image came out on top of the px shade and was exposed to direct sunlight for about a second. most of the time this is just enough to ruin the image. my reflexes seem to be getting quicker when i recognize there is a problem. got it shielded and saved the image...
twenty-one and counting...
Sherri and I celebrated our 21st anniversary a couple of weeks ago. Didn't have the opportunity at the time to take an instant picture with her. Tonight after a night out at the movie, I set up the camera and snapped a quick one. Here's to the next 21 years...
huntington beach pier - the eerie look...
A big mistake that turned out great. I didn't think the picture ejected from the camera. I opened the film door and the picture fell out and was immediately exposed by the sunlight. Created a eerie look and it turned out great. Not normally what happens when it is exposed to light. Notice the surfer below the pier on the left side...
me and my Land Rover...
just when I think that I'm not going to get a decent shot, I get something like this. got this one after three failed attempts with PX600 and PX70 tries. took the picture with my non-SLR version (Model 3) of the SX-70.
Pyper in Multiple Colors...
Same outfit, but the films render it differently. The Impossible Cool PX70 is closest to the real color...
Pyper - Impossible Cool PX70
